1) Stay away: don't meet him, don't check his online profile looking for crumbles of hope or for his female friends to compare yourself, nothing, and don't write to him anymore.
2) You've to replace everything you associate with him, as everything will remind you of him because you probably linked him to many fantasies involving a zone, a situation etc. Let's say you pictured many time you and him sitting in a specific area of a park, well, you've to avoid that area. Let's say you pictured him in your room, change the disposal of your room and don't associate new fantasies about him again, there. You picture him sending you a message and stare at his contact going online, delete or hide the contact or use another chat app without his contact in it, or make another profile if the chat allows. You bought a new dress or got a new course or anything with the fantasy to please him if he notices you, get rid of them.
3) Refill all of these areas with something else: hang out with friends, get a fresh new experience like a travel or a course, do volonuntary assistance to some things like a dog shelter, make something creative etc. Something rewarding must take his place.
4) Put some more effort than normal in pushing your self value with a new haircut, good skin care, good food, clean and nice room etc.
5) When you're "almost ready", force yourself to meet new people like friends of friends or possible dates.

Time heals always but you've to let the time do its course. Whenever you go checking his profile or fantasize about him, you're obstacling the process. So try to do it the less you can.
