I’m not in that age gap but have a friend that is. They have exactly zero problems because they both love each other dearly. There is simply nothing wrong with it if you get along.

They are good friends of ours. We all hang out and have dinners despite the two of them being a bit older than us to begin with. He is 39 and she is 30. That is quite a bit older than my partner and I.

We all get along great and they are super cute couple. No worries.
