I would guess that guys that have nails like that are mostly: MtF on HRT, drag queens, cross dressers etc.
I don't think guys that are: auto mechanics, construction workers, welders, landscapers, firefighters, masons, farmers, manual labourers, plumbers, dockworkers, etc are going to have nails like those.

I don’t think it’s a “category” or needs a specific label. I know there are quite a few women who find more feminine men attractive. Like look at Harry Styles, he wears skirts and dresses, paints his nails, and overall has a pretty feminine vibe to him. women go crazy for him

  I can attest, I used to have long nails, not like the one's in the photo but natural nails that I kept rounded.
