How long do take to review my profile said is pending profile approval?

I tried to ask for two credit subreddits. Got both of them removed. I didn't say anything rude or outlined. I got a new disabled dating app called Ellie. Hasn't changed at all. I kept checking. Kept saying your profile is pending for approval. What did I do wrong? It's my profile pic. It is my face that is my issue.

How did I make you like this? I asked a question because I wanted to know. Considering you have a learning disability, it's possible that you might be doing something wrong with the app. If I would have treated you like some normal person and would have talked to you in that manner. That might have been hard for you. Plus, I have no idea how severe your condition is.
