There is however more to it, I’ve worked with guys who are 22 and act, behave, etc as if they were 60, pipe n slippers brigade.

other then fluctuations with a persons physical, mental and emotional health most people are fully grow by 25. but still might not have a plan or desire for how they want their life to be going forward. because they still lack enough life experience to help make choices that can effect their future.

Yeah 26 is young. A lot of people I know in their 20s haven't got stuff figured out yet, I turned 30 6 months ago and only just really started to know what I really want out of life.

Depends on how you look at it. As far as marriage if you’re not married by now your chances of marriage get slimmer. The same as having children as you’re getting closer to 30. I’m not saying it’s impossible, it just lowers your chances of those things happening. It’s not old in general as far as how old the life expectancy of a woman is. But too a kid who’s maybe in their early teens you may be old. Whereas someone to that same teenager thinks a person in their 40’s is ancient.

My parents married in their 30s.. its not the case for everyone but of course women who want children should consider those factors. My mom had me at 38 and met my dad that age. I want children no later than late 20s or 30-31 but finding love is hard, finding sex seems easy these days with the hookup culture*sighs*

@Paulalove98 this is true, but sex has always been easy to find. At least for me, I don’t know about many other men. It’s sad that there seems to be a timeline on women as far as marriage kids, etc. Are you at least dating someone right now? A potential partner for life?

I thought i had my everything a year ago with this guy i was dating told me to my face he wanted to marry me but he had some mental health issues he wasn't willing to fix or work on for himself or our relationship and he was abusive to me emotionally and we fought way too much.. he told me he wanted everything with me and actually made me believe he loved me, it struck me like a knife. So we broke up and I've been single ever since which is a year but im not giving up and i feel like crap wasting time on a guy like that but i had so much hope in him.

@Paulalove98 i can empathize w that. I too at one time thought I had met someone who was perfect. But then she ended up messing around w some other dude who got her pregnant. He left her, she tried to come back but by than I joined the Marine Corps. In a way he did me a favor cause I would have never experienced all the things I did had she not done that. But for me as a male there wasn’t the pressure of society weighing down on my shoulders that I had to be married w kids by my 20’s. So I can imagine e it’s worse for a female who does have that pressure. To invest so much time thinking this is the one, only to have that carpet swept from under your feet. You are very gorgeous. Very beautiful eyes. Im sure a lot of men are interested in you. But interested in what way is the bigger question as you’re looking for a genuine relationship. It’s never an easy thing to meet the right person. I know it’s not going to change things, but better that you found this out first before you two got married only to have it come out after.

I look for guys who are kind hearted, down to earth but with a sense of humor. Reserved like me in a way but friendly to those whom he trusts and lets in his inner circle and of course loyal and a gentleman would be great. Someone who is positive in life with a positive attitude and strives me to be better and we push ourselves with grace and joy. For looks i dont care if he's under 6 ft.. he can be 5"5, 5"7 or 5"9 even. Im 4"11 so i dont mind height as much as a lot of girls tend to. He doesn't have to have a muscular body either or abs as long as he takes care of his health and isn't obese. I just like baby faced guys mostly. Age isn't a thing as long he is over 18 but not too much older than me i guess no older than 28 or maybe 29 since im turning 24 this year but yeah thats what i look for. Your comment means so much to me. I truly appreciate it. Yes it's so not easy either😞 im over my ex and yes the heartache was horrible but i know he taught me a lesson that guys like him, aren't worth to settle.. i also know there's girls my age 23 or even 19-21 that have 2 kids already and as women get older it is harder but i think a girl 23-26 whos single with no baggage or kids yet has a better chance at finding someone then they would. Im not to tell people how to live their lives but i feel like majority of men would rather date the older single girl who is in good health and no kids or baby daddies everywhere than the girls with all that added drama.

@Paulalove98 not unreasonable at all as far as what you’re looking for in a partner. You seem very down to earth w expectations as opposed to a lot of women these days who seem to want a lot of things that are highly unlikely. As for your take on dating yes I believe the same that most men would probably go for the single, older lady w no kids as opposed to the you get one w kids. Doesn’t mean they won’t stop trying to have sex w her, but as for a potential relationship no her looks usually are outnumbered by her having kids. But sometimes men wonder if she’s older, never been married then what’s wrong w her?

Definitely. But will depend who you ask. This reminds me of a time, I was at a friend's house, we were both around 24 at the time I believe (maybe even younger actually) and his cousin was there, just a teenager, and one of his friends. They "informed" us that we were indeed "old"! We looked at each other in disbelief lol

I would say your only as old as you feel.
To a 40 year old you are a baby.
To an 18 year old you are old.
How old do you feel?
If you still fell 21 then your 21.
Quit labeling yourself as old or young and just live life.

Yeah I consider that to be pretty young, in fact I don't think you start hitting the older ages until you're in their 50s. I just recently turned 18 so I still have at least another good 35 or so good years of youth left give or take. Haha. 😂

In my opinion, that's the last age where you're still young. I consider 27 to 33 to no longer be young. And 34 to 40 is "kind of old" to me.

When I was a kid I'd say that's almost old... As a kid I thought 30 was when you officially become old...

But now that I'm 24.. I'd say you become old at about 40,
