No, it's not too old to meet someone. There are higher risks for mother and child if you near 40, though. That's not to say it can't happen and everything can still be fine. If you are ready and want to date (so it can lead to a longer relationship) I suggest looking in to that.

Yes it is still young, if I met a single 29 year old woman that I had an amazing chemistry with then I would happily enter a relationship and who knows a family maybe on the cards in the future.
