Is 30 still relatively young?

For a man. Me personally I think upto 50 is a good age. Then 50 is middle aged, then 60 is getting on a bit and 80 is old.

Most of generation z will likely die at about age 130 based on current health trends, so 65 would be middle aged.
Same goes for the tail end of millenials as well.


Most early millenials and late gen x people's habits will likey make them live to about 90. So for them middle age is 45.

No it is not young or close to young. 2 kids by 35 Male is 60 years old before you are Done. 2 kids by 25 is 50 and free to play Grandma or Vacation house.

depends on how healthy your lifestyle and diet is, my mother is 66 and still is sporty, no body aches and says she still feels like being 30 or 40
