Its this normal in dating?

So I've meet a girl online. And we've been talking for a little over a month and we both decided today to try a start a long distance relationship. So within 10 mins she starts referring me as Bae and honey once we make it official. Is this normal in dating this is my first adult relationship. So all of this is uncharted waters for me. Don't get me wrong I don't mind the relationship names but I'm surprised she's useing them so quick after becoming official.

if you're in an ldr it does make sense
the thing is you guys can't touch and can't see each other face to face
you need to make up for that loss of affection and her being so quick to do that makes perfect sense
on a different note here's some advice for it not falling apart try to talk for at least half an hour every dayand try to video call at least once a week

How long a distance? If more than 6 hours away these LDR's are very hard to maintain. I mean wouldn't you rather have someone close so if you feel like going out you don't have to mess with planning as to when each is available and who is going to drive to see who.

Your suppose to mess with planning as to when the other person is available even in a local distance relationship. It shows respect to the other person and helps sets personal time for one's self. So I don't understand where your coming from. Also you never answered my question...
