Yes, it is her choice, but without wanting sound old-fashioned, a 20 year old girl who slept with 30 guys has some self-esteem issues at best. Sex should be an intimate act reserved to someone special and not a tool to feel worthy and to seek approval. Also that girl does not know a single thing about men that they will gladly take the free sex and they will not think about giving back.
It will ruin her ability to pair-bond successfully as she doesn't know intimacy and actual love.
As for men, I think they can be very insecure.
Of course it's a man or woman's choice to sleep around as much as they want. And it's also our choice to not want to date them. Nobody is mass trying to stop people from sleeping around.
It feels gross and humiliating. Why should a guy feel ok dating a woman who’s been used like an object by so many men? A girl is supposed to be a trophy that’s hard to win not an object everyone can use. They cheat more, they are less likely to be able to pair bond. There’s a looooot of reasons
