What would be some more interesting conversation topics when with girls?

i've been encountering some younger women lately but not entirely sure what to talk to them about. some i've seen at restaurants or the gym. this one girl i've talked to her a few times now so you think it be getting easier but last convo attempt was rough and took 2 tries and even then i still didn't talk to her about what i had wanted to

so yeah in need of some better ideas , what exactly would they be interested in talking about? at least with someone like me

First off you need to know how to instantly know when a girl likes you.
It’s the eyes 👀 if your Not Experienced in getting girls and flirting with other Females all the damn time. Your not going know what I mean by the eyes. I can instantly know when a Girl likes me just by the way her eyes Look when I Look at her. It’s actually To have that ability. Because you could go Anywhere and know what girl likes you and what doesn’t. I went to work today and a ton of females were into me.

i'm fairly confident this girls likes me , thats why i'm trying to come up with something better to talk to her about. yesterday i didn't really run into that many girls but had the chance to talk to 2 girls i was interested in 1 at gym and 1 at a restaurant , but would of helped if i had better topics in advance
