Hi y’all ! So this guy and I have been seeing each other for about 7 years. We like each other , we have been through the good and bad together and have been there supporting each other through hard times and have even celebrate our success together and all. We live 4hrs away from one another and try to see each other as much as we can. It got to the point where I cut to the chase and asked what are we doing? He said he doesn’t like to label things (whatever that means) but yet he is tripping about me accepting to go on a date with a guy. It got to the point where I thought about it because I want to actually be in a serious commitment with him , we haven’t officially labeled whatever we got going on yet he’s mad , upset and tripping about the idea of me going on a date with another guy that isn’t him. He straight up told me that he better be the only man I’m with. So? Then I don’t get him ! I got to the point where I’m fed up. I’m getting the controlling manipulative vibes :/

Eh I don't think he's being controlling, you've been with him for 7 years now. So it is only normal he thinks you're exclusive. But yeah he should be more clear about what you guys are. Stop wasting time. Ask him what you guys are. If he refuses to answer, leave him and actually date properly.
