It’s a little weird, but I think it’s more some old unfulfilled fantasy they had from when they were in highschool, like some guy wanting his girlfriend to dress up like a cheerleader or something. No it's normal to be attracted to uniforms so that's not a red flag. There is nothing about school uniforms that adults couldn't just wear plus most school uniform wearing in porn is often overexaggerated to what they actually look like and are made to be sexually appealing.

No, because a school uniform is either formal attire (suits), sports attire, or skimpy attire (shirts with miniskirts), all of which are commonplace in adult clothing/worn by adults. Personally I think all 3 are ugly, but I'm not gonna hate on people who like them just because I don't.
