Because in Israel it is compulsory for women to serve so even pretty girls serve but they usually leave after compulsory time is over.

Turkish people in turkey are different from Turkish people abroad. Educated liberal turk usually don't need to leave turkey. Most of them are also from Eastern turkey. Western turk don't migrate that much and they usually are quite liberal. while Eastern turk are more backward and conservative

Or even a Anatolian turk especially one from Western turkey since they have higher amount of central Asian and are also lighter on average (anatolian turk are mixed between central Asian and West Asian while kurd are pure West Asian. Even North Caucasian and Circassian Or laz they're lightest group in turkey especially North Caucasian and Circassian have some Mongoloid mixed won't they look different?
