Going alone on vacation?

It depends on the person and how they like to travel. I've done lots of traveling alone. I have a preference for traveling with someone else, but I'm perfectly fine doing it alone.

If you have a partner, they need to be compatible. Being compatible traveling is not the same as being compatible in other ways. People have different travel styles. If there is a big difference, it can make a vacation less enjoyable or even ruin it.

If you travel alone, you can do what you want, when you want. So you have more freedom. But you don't have anyone to share it with or talk to either. You also don't have anyone to share expenses with.

That’s horrible it’s depressing you start getting super paranoid and end up talking to yourself in your head planning every move and you start thinking are people staring at me because I’m all by myself here

Yes I’ve experienced this before in Las Vegas when I stayed over longer when the family flew back to Miami and I wanted more time So I stayed longer by myself it wasn’t very pleasurable

I wouldn't have the confidence to go on vacation on my own, but I admire anyone who can.

A woman I worked with used to go on vacation on her own every year. She always got to meet lots of new people while she was there. Her holidays were never boring.
