I can't say much about emotional vs serious, because it very much depends on what is meant by each.

Kind girls are ALWAYS attractive. That's one privilege women generally get to have compared to men. For men, there's always some weird balance between being kind but also having to prove your backbone in some way. If you've seen Avatar The Last Airbender, Zuko's story is very much inspired on this struggle guys have.

But for girls, she isn't choosing between her kindness and her femininity, they reinforce each other, rather than contradict each other.
Personally, I prefer a girl who is depressed or a bit insecure over a girl who seems to have it all together. Perhaps its the male equivalent of girls wanting to fix guys. But it's also just so much more relatable. I feel like a girl with depression would understand me much better, while a confident girl would just be all unimpressed by me, expecting me to be more confident and stable than she is at all times.

I think the main problem you might run into is the quietness. Not because it's undesirable. It's generally cute, and not something you should worry about. But it just means you won't get the same wide exposure that helps others out. Your relationships will probably come from friends-of-friends rather than some randos at a party. And frankly, that's probably the better deal. You'll just be sacrificing quantity for the quality. I say this as a rather quiet guy myself.

We are all of those things in a balanced way. Each of those parts and many others keep us sewn together and in check.
If you are balanced then no one side of these aspects will dominate your week. Maybe a day or 2 but not that long.
I was shy. Till I realized it was pride. Shyness or pride is not a good quality. Humility and kindness are. You will naturally move out of the shadows and fear when you are not so afraid of people seeing faults in you. We all have them. I identify with them and they can help bind you to others who struggle every day like you do. Kindness will draw you out to help others no matter how it might look.

Try this. When ever you are afraid due to "shyness" take your mind off of you and put it on the subject.
Talking: What do I know about this person? Paint a picture and imagine what parts you want to paint in. Ask those questions of the person to fill them in. What do you have in common with the image you are painting in your mind? You will have loads to talk about.
Playing a game. Its ok to lose. focus not on how you are doing. but how fun the game is. The connections its making between you and others. Smiles on peoples faces.
Where ever you are and what ever you are doing bring your thoughts to the subject and off of you.

What do you mean by emotional? Are you saying that you’re sensitive and sentiment like as in you just have a lot of feelings? Or are you saying that you get too much into your emotions at times and your emotions control you more than your brain/logic does?

The only thing that I think guys might be put off with is someone who cries a lot. Being kind and quiet is not an issue.
I've dated and been friends with women who cry a lot, at first you just want to make them feel better, but eventually you grow tired of dealing with someone constantly in distress.
This depends on the guy, of course, but in my opinion, when a guy has been exposed to crying long enough, he will grow tired of it.

I have no problem with emotional girls, being kind is a great thing means you have a good heart, depression is something caused by stress and eventually will go away when you get rid of or solve the things that stress you out.

Well my parenfs hate me beacuse of being a girl , beacuse i like art
And my family always had problems so i have never been happy
And not only i am being ignored by parents but also being ignored between friends and classmates beacuse i don't like have the same style as them
Another problem is that i don't like the countrie i am living in now
So my goal is to get rid of here and some times i am worried if i can't , i get depressed
