i met a girl before, who i got along with and we talked about all the good topics.
i wouldn’t say i love her, only admirable and respect for her.
She is in a relationship.
We spoke about dating, relationships, religion and overall life.
It was through the internet online way

Is it okay to contact her and ask how she is?
And hopefully the conversation continues the way it was?

Yeah it's natural to miss people that you connect with. It doesn't have to be romantically either. If you really connect with a person and then that goes away then it can be very sad.
