Should I be concerned that the guy I'm seeing dated a girl that lasted barely 3 months?

Not really because there are lots of reasons a relationship can end. Maybe after 3 months he decided he couldn't take it anymore. Maybe she cheated on him after 3 months. Maybe she was Amber Heard after 3 months. Sometimes things just might not work out.

no focus on YOUR relationship instead and if you’re curious why his previous one ended so fast, ask… and then see what answers you get and then go from there… but there are A LOT of things you need to keep in mind, before drawing any hasty conclusions about someone… based on how long their last relationship lasted…

I don’t think you need to worry about it. Like the others said, there’s plenty of reasons that could explain why they only lasted for such a short period of time - especially if it’s not recent.
