Is how my face look like is really important, I can't say I'm pretty and I can't say thar I'm ugly too but I need to know how it's important for guys?

Speaking honestly, I think looks make a big part for the first impact and the generale judice on appearance. It sure has a role in the first phases of the relationships but later can’t be alone: a relationship requires other and simple look.

Yes, to speak for myself a face is crucial to the attraction and to be visually appealing is also important for the relationship sometimes more than we like to think it is.
People like different traits and basic hygiene is already plenty decent, keep in mind that genetically people are attracted to people who are different to themselves to for a selection of wider gene pool (I might be mistaken; please take with a grain of salt) so your own judgement might not be an accurate assessment, find what other people think of you but to what I know many seem to hold themselves to much higher standards to what is reasonable.
Be confident and do what's better for yourself, take good care of your health and live with good hygiene.
