My bold take on shaving your legs as a guy is you have to be built for it. You can’t be skinny or else you will be hurting your masculinity but if you are muscular then you might actually look better since the hair might be hiding all your muscle.

I think if shaving hurts, you can keep it trimmed in case you're hairy, and if you have light hair, you are good to go. Personally, I love hairless bodies.

Nobody will give af if you shave or not. I have always shaved my pit and trimmed my legs, it looks cleaner to me. Not a single girl cared, and I’ve brought it up.
