Can you ask someone if they have friends?

Not like to date them or anything like that but more along the lines of if we dated would they have people to hangout with when I go out with my friends

Sure, why not? In my honest opinion, I think every one in a couple should have their own group of friends to hang out with independently each from the other.

That’s why I’m asking because this girl I’m talking to seems to never go out with anyone. So I’m like does she have friends or not but I don’t know how to ask 😅

Oh poor girl, I hope she’s not really alone.
I think you can ask her casually, maybe asking what she does this summer as vacation, if she goes with friends somewhere. If she really has no friends, maybe she’ll be honest and tell you she’s alone.

So far all her outings were either with family or just herself.
