I think there might be bacterial interference but cancer is not contagious as far as I know, but me and my best friend both had the same type of cancer and got it at the same time, so it might be contagious, my mom also got cancer in the same year that I got cancer so it might be contagious.

Cancer is when your cells divide uncontrollably. This is not a contagious ailment. AIDS is caused by a long term HIV infection. HIV is not transmissible via kissing unless the infected individual has a cut in their mouth.
