Two girls, two flirts?

1. I work through an employment agency and the agency rep, a curvy woman in her late 40's, usually stands by the logo of the agency I work for an waits to confirm employee attendance (not my attendance, but the attendance of those who are scheduled to work temporarily for a day or two). Anyways, one time she asked me if I was Luke and I confirmed. For the past three mornings she addresses me by name and asks how I am doing. Very personable.

2. After work, I usually attend a local cafe where I am always greeted by the same female barista. Over the past 5 days since I have known her by appearance, she asks questions and makes statements such as: "So do you work around here?", "I am glad you could make it out", "Have a lovely day", "how has your day been" "Good choice" along with other forms of small talk.

The things these women are saying are just out of politeness and because their jobs are more fun and fulfilling when they can make a connection with the customers. I don’t see this as flirting. If any of these two gave you their number, asked if you were single, asked you out, etc that would be another story:

It’s 2022. The guy doesn’t have to make the first move anymore lol. I know I made at least as many first moves as guys have toward me, if not more. I’m also extremely friendly and personable when I’m at work because management always wants us to smile and customers to feel special so there’s the extra push to make customers feel important and remembered.

If that is the case, we can strike of number 1. Number 2 is still an open question to me due to how excitable and energetic she is when she sees me.

The key is to see how she treats other customers around your age. If she displays similar energy then it’s likely just her personality. If she’s pretty deadpan then perhaps it is something more. You could slip her your number on a piece of paper and see if she bites xD

Update: Since I have Bern going back, all the signs of flirting are there. Yesterday I asked if she wanted to hang out, she said come back tomorrow to see what hee schedule looks like. Today she said her week looks hectic so far, but that if I have anything planned, to just let her know.

Yeah I mean she will definitely agree to something if she is interested, even if she does have a hectic schedule.

One thing is clear, she is very attracted to me. I think I should make the most out of.
