Do you ignore their texts if they respond too long or is that passive aggressive?

Example, we texted at 4pm, they got off work at 10, but I didn't hear back untill 11:30
The responses were unengaging, and I doubt I'll hear anything from them until tomorrow.

Felt a change Since they started their new job 2 months ago ( dating 10 m now )
