Weird question but as a Black woman I get what you mean. White men in general were raised better period. I don't often have issues with white men but Latinos are the worst.

I’ve dated both black and white and there are definite cultural differences but I’m not sure one was better than the other. I mean, I’ve had both good and bad experiences with both races, so I don’t think you can necessarily generalize like that.
