Make up or long sleeves. And it would be concerning to me yes. Are you trying not to cut yourself anymore?

Yes I'm trying not to do it anymore. I regret that I did it in the first place. I can still read what the first time says. The others don't say anything it's just cuts.
I'll look into make up as with my work I won't be able to wear long sleeves for a bit.

Yes please don't hurt yourself. Whatever you went through everything you can overcome. Whether it's a walk, workout, speaking out about or helping others through what you went through
Yeah I'm trying not to. It's not always easy as it's almost like scratching an itch like once you've done it it's so easy to do so again. And well I've always wanted a tattoi and so I've set a goal if I can go a year without doing it again I can cover it up.
But your right it makes you feel worse about yourself. I did through several reasons I was angry at myself for failures with understanding, I was lonely and also had just had some really bad dating attempts I guess is the best to say. And my family aren't the best and so well not being able to understand the questions on an assignment was to much. And I ended up cutting "idiot" into my arm.
It really does. I'm glad you are choosing a better path for yourself. I mean we all struggle with life we just have to be nicer and kinder to ourselves. We all get lonely, I know well I do but we choose to surround ourselves with people who lift us up not bring us down. Sometimes family isn't the kindest but we can choose to change our mindset everyday
That's true and I'm trying I have been seeing a therapist to help with issues but I can't bring myself to mention this. I'm to ashamed of myself.
Sadly ice never been kind to myself I've alway been very harsh. I always made self deprecating jokes so others couldn't. And my parents thet basically showed a lot that they prefer my sister and also well they made me think there is a lot wrong with me when it comes to what they say about my dating life. Ranging from you can tell us if your gay to some don't meet anyone that's okay you know.
A bit of that I get is reassuring but not as often as they do and how often they ignore what I say. Plus my sister is getting married and now they want me to bring someone.
You need to speak life into you. Stop being negative and start being more optimistic. Say you will have a good day. You can type as we are having a good conversation so you are not broken. Same here mostly my dad makes me feel like they he prefers my sister. It does bring me down but he has his own issues and I try not to let it get to me because when I start thinking about it I get myself down.. My dad did not have a father growing up so he didn't have best example growing up. I know parents mean well so we have to forgive them and move on and not dwell on it but move forward always. Let go of the past because trust me there's a lot more people worse than us. Some people don't even have to eat, don't have clean water, can't see, can't walk
Yeah your right and I am trying it's somedays it's feels almost impossible.
It's hard to forgive and forget atm with how often it happens. As tbh they have made me feel as tho there isn't anyone out there who would he interested in me. And sadly my attempts and meeting people have reinforced that.
Until I can move out tho it's just I'm kinda stuck with that. I think I need that space from them to be able to forgive and to be able to live without hearing it.
And yeah you are right there are people who are worse off and tbh that makes me feel worse.
But the issues with self worth and that I'm working on with my therapist. They are helping me a lot. And well there was a time a few years back where I wanted to drink to forget but couldn't bring myself to do it. I was in a much darker place them. And when driving there were days I'd hoped I would t actually make it there. But I'm getting a bit better I think I've had set backs but I am trying.
Also I want I'm really sorry for the sort of rsntd and that i guess it's just nice to sort of get it off my chest.
Trust me I know how it feels like to be in a dark place and depressed but we get out of it. We’re all a work in progress. If you still live with yoir parents that doesn’t help either. I barely moved out of my sisters like a year ago and it’s been nice. I feel like it gave me time to miss them. So yes moving out helps a ton and it wasn’t easy I had to save a lot and work on my credit but well worth it for sure. There’s also someone out there for everyone it’s just a matter of working on ourselves to attract that as well
Thank you for being so kind and that. And yeah I'm saving to move out, I have the credit and well I can afford a deposit it would be a bit tight but I could manage its just there isn't anything out there at the moment.
I hope so for that it's hard to believe when you attempts at dating is basically mostly being ghosted or attempted scams with a few people trying to sell homemade porn thrown in the mix.
Maybe try to hang out a bit longer so that it isn’t so tight. But regardless I’m happy for you and honestly sometimes it’s better to be single lol I’ll be a dog mom. Being ghosted happens to there’s a lot of areas we have to work on. As for me it’s public speaking. I’ve let go of some jobs because that’s what it required so that’s something I really need to work on
Well I am moving to full time in September at the latest so that should be okay by then.
Yeah your right about the ghosting it's just well I spoke to this woman every day for 2 months and then nothing, she wasn't interested in anything other than messaging. And then the only person who agreed to go on a date when I asked them well it was part of a scam.
I can see the appeal of being single like the appeal of being in a relationship. Being able to talk to someone about everything falling in love and bring able to cuddle up on a sofa to watch movies or stuff like that. And I understand about public speaking I can't do it either really mostly I have panic attacks. But if I know the stuff I can sometimes force myself to do it. Thankfull it's not common in my workplace.
I do miss that. Having someone to spend time with but as for now I’ll just be focusing on myself and doing things I enjoy for sure. I personally don’t want a relationship it’ll come when I’m ready. As for now I want a dog lol

I can understand that oddly I find it easier to have female friends. But I can see how it could be hard as well to have friends of the opposite gender.
