Everything needs a balance after all. If something becomes that which rules your joy, then it is not something you accomplished but something you temporarily carry.

I think weed in a healthy manner is like those people who put a lot of effort on a day, worked hard and taken care of their responsibilities. Now when they come home, just like someone might have a glass of wine or a bowl of dessert to relax, someone might think I smoke a bowl of weed. Adding the cherry onto the cake of an already good day and make it just slighty better.

Yea but it's not good obviously, it's like alcoholism and any other drug use and addiction, it makes them happy due to the dopamine hit and after the hit drops (that's how hormones work) they get sad again and the moment they get sad again they smoke weed again, that's how addictions happen
