What should I do or say when my date (I had my 3rd date with her yesterday) tells me she is having period pain? Should I give her some advice on how to ease that pain?

Empathise and ask if she needs anything or if she feels like eating anything specific (some girls crave chocolate at that time). But also be careful because she might be watching her weight and not appreciate sweets. She'd probably like to be comfortable and not walk around for too long but sit somewhere cozy instead. Most importantly though - empathise and comfort.
