What do you do when your girlfriend is on her period?

My girlfriend started her period. She's got really bad cramps she said she just woke up. We're still laying in bed she said it really hurts. How can I comfort her?

Mate, believe me when I say I know how you feel, that feeling of helplessness is terrible :(

But fear not, there's ways to help, thankfully haha
Things like getting her what works for her during her period, there's always something, but its different for everyone, get her that and get her lots of it.
Shower her with love and affection like there is no tomorrow, you should be doing that anyway and if you are, well go into over drive, make her feel loved and wanted. Do the work around the house or things that she needs to have done, help her!
Massage her body, make her comfortable, make her laugh, make her smile, take her mind off the period, if there's a bath tub fill it up with hot/warm water and let her soak up in it... hot water bottle is a must! Can't go wrong with it!
And most of all, ask her what you can do!! Let her know you care and your here for her no matter what...

Usually, I comfort her by getting up and leaving the house. It seems to be the best for both of us.

Give her cuddles, and rub her lower stomach. Get her something warm to put on her lower stomach. Ask her if she needs anything. Don't be grossed out at anything she says/ does. And know that she will be saying weird emotional things That might not make sense.

Depends on where it hurts her. In my case, I get my worst aches in my back, so I greatly appreciate backrubs. Chocolate and heating pads help a lot too. If you go to Bed Bath & Beyond, you can find a fairly cheap heating pad that you just throw in the microwave and reuse whenever you want.

Make her a cup of tea or hot chocolate and give her a nice back massage.
Watch a movie together and snuggle her.
Run a hot bath for her.
Get a heating pad for her stomach area.
Or simply ask her what would make her comfortable. What can I do to help?

Just cuddle with her and make her feel better. Right now her emotions and hormones are all over the page. Even if she doesn't say it, she loves that you're there trying to comfort her during her time of the month. a lot of men would run for the hills lol
