How do you support your girlfriend when she’s on her period?

I’m a few days away and I am an emotional and physical MESS lol. I wish I could be taken care of :(

Oh. 👀😅 - My ideal girlfriend probably would just be on doctor birth control and so have minimal periods and or have been a lucky woman ♀️ to have few issues with periods, etc - obviously not all women are so lucky in life aka "period pain, endo, other conditions, vaginal pain issues, etc, medical issues" etc
