You are a doctor at age 23? I have serious doubts about that because one is not a doctor at that age. At best, you are a student in medicine but certainly not a licensed doctor.

As to finding an American woman, your best bet is to go though dating sites but I would not recommend you date an American woman because the result is not likely to be very satisfying for you. If you want to date a US citizen just for the purpose to get a Green Card and live in the US, I don't think that this will work out on the long run. You will always be considered a 3rd. class citizen.

Regarding marrying for greencard, there are other ways to get that done.
