Nope. If blond hair was preferred by anyone then it would have a larger genetic footprint in the population. Preferred traits grow over time due to improved mate selection. Some countries have large blond populations, but world wide only 2% of the population are blond.

Whatever man. Less than a percent of the world dyes their hair based on global sales of hair dye units and average unit usage per year. That half a percent or so is split between all the colors. While it’s common for western women to dye their hair at least once in their life, the entire world does not consistently dye their hair.

I've never heard that before. I don't think that's a saying, with that said blondes are my favorite. Thick, wavy blonde hair is enthralling.
