What to reply to this: “nice I’m glad u had fun, I just went to work and my coworker made me food again” should I say: “that sounds fun” or something else?

Shows interest and that you're paying attention.

Whatever you send, avoid reusing words from their text, like "fun". Boring. Get creative.
