Do men get tierd of seeing there spouse wear bonnets, headscarfs, ect?

I moved in with my boyfriend 3 months ago and lately he has been complaining about my hair. when we didn't live together usually i would just keep my hair wrapped up to prevent my hair from messing up while I'm home. and when I go out I would do my hair my boyfriend has been asking me to wear my hair out or to put a wig on even if were just sitting at home. the wigs I have are pretty expensive 300 and up and it takes a lot for me to do my natural hair why is he complaining about me wrapping my hair up if I'm just sitting at home? Is he starting to find me less attractive?

I feel like once men start acting this way, like becoming mean, getting tired of little things you do that they didn’t care about before, being resentful, etc, then it’s a sign to get out of that situation. I could suggest talking to him about this if you haven’t already, but he either needs to make some changes or lose you completely. I’m also a woman of color, so I get how much maintenance our hair can be and why protecting it at home is most beneficial. I’ve never worn wigs but I’ve seen the installation process and it is NOT for the weary lol, I wouldn’t want to go through that more than necessary. Point is though, you should be comfortable in your own home, not be shamed for it.

Fix your spelling and grammar. Tired is spelled TIRED and the abbreviation for et cetera is ETC. The correct word instead of there is THEIR. People have the right to wear any kind of headscarf and headcover they wish. If you think 300 is too steep (in euros, pounds, or dollars I agree) then you don’t have to buy it. Wrapping the hair is all fine, though I ain’t sure about the health of the hair. I sometimes wear a headband or a cap when going outside or praying. Let people wear their hair how they wish.

How ain’t it feminine? Hijābs are solely for women, and I’ve never seen of heard of a bloke wearing a bonnet, apart when he’s pretending to be a woman. Furthermore, I find it quite attractive and feminine to see a woman tie her hair in a scarf.
