I have teo different life experiences on this matter.
I grew up in an extremely racist town where to this day it is partly segregated and white people went out there way to attack and shame us.
I have in the past on here discussed some racially motivated issues in my hometown from white guys holding nooses dressed in KKK outfits walking past us holding a noose at us, to them purposely walking into a black bar in a KKK outfit, which made the news.
I say most encounters with white men in this town are pretty bad.

But when i am at college probably 85 to 90% of encounters with white men are not racist.

I was married to a Native woman, I've dated White and East Asian women, but I also crush on some Black and Latina women I see on tv shows (Because there's very few where I live). I have been into porn of Mixed race women, and just recently I seem to be really getting into some Indian and Arab type of women the more I'm exposed to them. I prefer Hispanic women the most for looks and personality. I like White women's looks and I like Asian women's personality. Hispanic women seem to be the most appealing to me overall.

Most people date within their own race, so a preference for white women on their part is completely unremarkable and is to be expected. And men in general like Asian women.

But a lot of white men are in relationships with Hispanic women, so that tells me that these preferences are not absolute.

Speaking just for myself, I find oriental ladies to be more feminine. As they also tend to have beautiful soft skin and hair, they are my number one. I find Indian ladies to be far less open to racially mixing although I do find those with softer features to be very attractive. White girls tend to be my least favourite, not because of looks , but general attitudes and behaviour.
