Advice on Date?

So I started talking to this girl over instagram who used to go to the same high school as me only cuz I noticed she's liked my pictures in the past. The thing is, we never spoke to each other in high school so I decided to start talking to her just recently over instagram. We talk about our tattoos and it eventually led to me asking her to hang out sometime at a restaurant or somewhere and she said "yes, im a little busy this week. But next week I am so down to do that". She even asked "What day did you have in mind?" Does her question mean she's interested in giving me a chance?

If so, please let me know any tips on how to move forward during our hangouts because I'm into her.

Call her on the PHONE and TELL her what her choices are. This includes time, date, venue presented. Let her Choose and if response is "no you decide" then "Absolutely, be ready at"(Do not say what you are doing).
