Advice on dating?

So I'm almost 30 recently just turned 29 and I never had a girlfriend, when I have my haircut I guess you can say I'm a solid 7, +6 at the least. But I never had the confidence to ask a girl out.. And after years of thinking on it I don't necessarily think it's cos I'm ugly cos growing up that's what most females called me up until High School, I'm starting to realize what's stopping me is that I don't have a car or drive. So if I did meet a girl how would I be able to pick her up, or take her out.. Yeah she might have a car but who wants the girl they're tryna date doing all the traveling. I'm working on getting my license.. Just being from New York I never really worried about it but where I live now, driving would be very convenient.. Can anyone give me advice on finding dates in the meantime

My only advice is to go out to places where you share similar hobbies, a big part of it is actually confronting and talking to girls. If you stay on the sidelines then you're less likely to get noticed.

It's helpful to share a common interest or go when initially meeting for the first time, it helps strengthen the bond initially.
