I got really close to one of my friends sister in HS but ultimately decided not to pursue it. I didn’t want to jeopardize the circle of friends and the relationship we had built over the years.

Sometimes I do, other times I don’t. I’m still friends with the brother and have seen her at events he throws and it’s not awkward or anything. So it’s nice still having them both in my life and being able to kick it and have fun from time to time.

But then there is the “what if”. What if we did make it work? I could be missing out on someone I had a lot of fun with. And I’d love my brother in law lol.

That goes the opposite too though. What if it didn’t work out. I most certainly wouldn’t be friends with the brother anymore either.

hahaha yes but we ended things for the same reasons you did… it was risky, I was spending A LOT of time at his place with the excuse of hanging out with my other friends, but, my friends are all friends or know each other, and to top it off, their dad and my dad are best friends so it was way too complicated
