I was texting my co-worker and she assumed I was asking her out. When we spoke in person she asked me if I was asking her out in which I replied with no. But the whole time she was asking me she was blushed real red and just lost for words and just very edgy. I later texted her and told her that if I did ask her I tell her in person but knew what her answer would be. When she asked for an answer I said no. In reply she wrote (lol well guess you never know) Is she trying to get me to ask her out, or teasing, or just messing around? Any ideas what she may mean?

I would avoid dating on the job, unless willing to lose that job. It can get awkward when it doesn’t work. And really.. what are the odds? Is it worth it?

Frankly Girls are hard to understand man, don't mess up at workplace until a girl approaches you without any hints. Rejection is hard to handle at workplace don't do it honey.

I have no problem in asking her out in person. She just got out of an abusive relationship so I don't know if she is ready to get back into a new relationship. I've been giving her time to recuperate but after what she texted that day make me wonder if she is interested.

Did not know that today not. I would not be engaging her at all with the intention of dating. She can come to me when healed is how I see it. Unresolved issues show up in the next relationship and that’s when they get worked out and called “rebound relationship”. 🤷🏻‍♂️
