She was laughing with her friends but when she walked by me she laughed as if she was nervous, sounded a little bit like a moan. Is she interested or am I overthinking it?
PS. I also caught her biting her lip the other day.

Not just overthinking but way overthinking. What is it with this "biting the lips" business?
Already yesterday, a 45- gentleman placed so much importance on a woman biting her lip. There are so many different reasons why a person bites his/her lip, starting with dry lips and an attempt to get rid of some dry skin stuck onto the lip. Also, what to you looked as if she did bite her lips could be nothing more than her attempting to keep her lips moist because she forgot her lips balm for example.
I think you have to forget about her insinuating anything because in 99% if the cases, it is not happening and people just start imagining things that they would like to happen.
It’s not possible to know you will just have to shoot your shot
More detailed explanation required but from that interaction I would say no
