This girl text and call me everyday, we would stay on call for whole day and sleep call. The only issue is that there’s no flirting going on so I’m not sure if she’s interested or I’m I in bff zone😂

If you have to ask if you're friend-zoned, then you're friend-zoned.

Just invite her out on a date. Make it clear it's a date and not a hang out as "just friends". She'll either take you up on it or turn you down. At least then you know where you stand.

Your fear of "ruining things" is misplaced. You want a relationship, but you haven't pursued one with her yet so you're stuck in this weird limbo. That's the situation that you're afraid of ruining - limbo. Make a decision if what's most valuable to you is her friendship or a relationship with her and then act on your decision. Pursue other women if you just want to be friends or ask her out if you want a relationship.

Maybe asking her out will kill the friendship, but that's why you need to decide what's more important and be willing to live with it. Fear is just going to keep you stuck in a rut forever though.

The only reason why I hesitate is that she mentioned she rather stay single (when we were discussing past relationship) but it is kinda strange to see a girl who give me this much attention if she wasn’t interested. Also there are pretty much zero flirting tone, just cheerful and jokes so I’m thinking she just want to be friend.

Believe it or not, women do that simply because they like you platonically. Are you interested in her? If yes, remember that communication is the key to everything. If you feel like you can't properly read her signals, ask her about it.

I can't tell you that because each relationship is different and I don't know wht could make her feel that way. But I believe the best way is just being straight and upfront about it. The timing is important, too. Like, if your talk takes a certain direction or you feel like you two are "having a moment", laughing about something or so... just go casually about it that you like talking to her - IF you do. Don't lie. And you can go on and ask if she also feels that way and that you were wondering what these conversations mean to her etc. A slow introduction to the main question, if you will. Do you guys also hang out in person or is it strictly over the phone? I'd probably ask her in person rather than over the phone. If not, that could be a thing to propose. Just ask her to hang out and see where it goes.

The reality for many women is that a guy, who doesn't think that our efforts of befriending him are flirty, is basically like a unicorn.
