How to pursue and have a conversation with a girl?

After some basic questions such as age, country, how are you etc. I got stuck and don't know how to keep a conversation with a girl. Thats why i never got a girlfriend.

In exactly the same way you'd pursue having a conversation or chatting with a guy.

Preferably not starting with asking their stats such as age, location, etc. because that sounds like you're interviewing them. Ask them questions that are relevant to the situation (like something pertaining to work if they're a coworker, a comment related to your workout goals if it's a woman who happens to be working out near you at the gym, etc..)
