Why did he ask me why I like him?

So we've been talking a couple months and he's been staying over. He asked me why I liked him so I told him why. Why ask that? I'm just curious

He truly wants to know what you see that makes him attractive.

I did. But get mixed signals he acts like he don't like me..

Why would women do the same? Curiosity.

To know what the guy likes about us. Maybe, some women have lower self esteem and they want to know what exactly thy sees in them I don't know. 🤔
