How do I fix this?

I feel like I was younger I was better with women, and really tried to pursue them. Now that I’m older I am pretty much indifferent, and don’t pursue them as hard (which I’m told is probably my problem). Not to mention I feel like I have no “game.” I don’t know how to change this and become better. I’m afraid of being alone for the rest of my life, and really want to break this whole cycle.
How do I fix this?
