Judge greeted me and not the plaintiff?

The judge was really nice to me and greeted me good morning and hi and said first we will listen to the plaintiff and then he’ll listen to me. He was so sweet. He did not greet the plaintiff at all and seemed to ignore his lawyer. Is this a good sign my case is in my favor?

Uh, I wouldn't assume that. And we know nothing about the substance of your case, so I don't think any of us should speculate either way.

If this is a young judge, methinks he’s interested in you. If he’s an older judge, maybe he thinks of you similar to his daughter?

It's not new. We don't really have a solution to gender discrimination in law without replacing everyone with algorithms.
