I work out in the sun everyday so I have to drink gallons and gallons of water because I mean I can lose 5 to 10 lb in a day and gain it back at night because it's all water so I mean I replenish my water each and every day I have to the word part about it if you don't sweat a lot that water coming out of your body would taste gross but when you sweat every single day and this new water your body is like a filter and I've been told that my water tastes good LOL there has been two times where it's been like a hundred and five hundred six and after work go home take a shower and then if I happen to go over to somebody's house and we end up having sex I have ruined two mattresses that I had to go and replace because that day I didn't work I didn't sweat that much their air conditioner didn't work and it was hotter than hot and when you have Marathon sex and you're in the middle of it you don't even think about how wet you're getting but when you when you're finished and there's no way that mattress is ever going to dry you have to go buy a new one LOL
