Girls, if you were on a first date with a guy you had just recently met, would you ask him to take your shoes off and rub your feet?

My wife and I were watching a movie, Married To The Mob, and there was a scene in which, after a first date, the guy and girl went back to her place. While there, she said her feet were sore, so she put her feet on his lap and asked, "will you take my shoes off and rub my feet"? My wife said that would NEVER happen on a first date with someone she doesn't know all that well. I started thinking and realized only once, on the many dates I've been on, did a girl ask me if I would take her boots off, she was wearing knee high boots. She didn't ask for a massage, I threw that in on my own but she did appreciate it. So, have you ever done this ladies? Guys, has a girl you've just met ever done this to you?
