From individuals yes, but not every individual in that group. I had a girl told me she was going to kill her self once if I broke up with her, and I told her go ahead. But 10 years later I ran into her again. Just goes to show you that attention seeking behaviors, when properly controlled or called out, don’t always work or win.

Im a rare example of a women abusing a man. She was Mexican who came from a background of sex abuse within the family. It manifested into mental/emotional abuse toward me. Mine was a text book case of what abusers do. Best thing I've done... Remove myself from her and the environment. Never again. Im glad it hasn't affected me in any way. I feel for anyone going through it. DM me if your a victim or current victim DONT BE SILENT.

Yes. Girl I was with for way longer than I should have. She was physically and emotionally abusive. The times I would threaten to leave, she would threaten to kill herself. Finally, I did leave and she didn't take the breakup very well. Ended with her falsely accusing me of being the physically abusive one throughout the relationship.
