Yes I would. I must say I am a bit old fashioned when it comes to that stuff I perfer my man to get on one knee and ask me it's really beautiful but I don't mind being the one proposing.

No I am super traditional so I expect a man to pursue me and ask me to marry him etc and if I say no then he should obviously fight for it I mean back in the day men waited years for the woman they loved.
