I (27f) agreed to attend a carnival with my coworker (23m), and during some activity I noticed by how he glanced over at me that he was alittle interested. Afterwards he straight up started bringing up marriage (in general) and said he's moving states so he'd like it if I'd move somewhere close. I assumed he was joking but the next day during some convo, he randomly asked if I could introduce him to my family and if I considered him marriage potential. He isn't pushy tho, he just talks a lot about his family which is kinda sweet. I kinda like him so don't know what to say.

Well altho rare, some people do find an instant connection but this is hardly that. But I still wouldn't call him crazy, this guy seems more family- oriented, don't you think he was just laying his cards out on the table?

If he isn’t crazy then he is immature. He has mistaken his infatuation for his real feeling towards you. It is ok to date him if you found him cute, but don’t make any life decisions just because the delusion of living happily ever after with him. The purpose of dating is to see if a person is truly the one you hoped to be, and the answer is oftentimes no.
Another possibility is that he is looking for the benefit of having a wife: free sex, people to talk to, coming home with food on the table etc. In which case he is just using you.
You will have to make a huge effort if you are to follow him and he doesn’t need to make any effort for that. I’ve seen a lot of girls who followed their boyfriends after years of relationships, and eventually got burned.
I agree with what Guy13 suggested, tell him you are interested in dating and see if you are really meant for each other if you like him, but never make huge efforts until you really get to know him and he is also making equivalent amount of effort.
