“Hope ur college experience goes good for you and hope you don’t get too stressed” should I say “thank you and I’ll make sure I’m not gonna get too stressed.” And should I say “good luck to you too!”

Yes, that seems fine. It's okay to reply back and show appreciation for their words. Saying "thank you and I'll make sure I'm not gonna get too stressed" is a kind way of acknowledging their kindness and letting them know that you're aware of how stress can affect you. "Good luck to you too" is also a nice way of wishing them well and showing that you're also thinking about them. Ultimately, it's up to you to decide what you want to say but those seem like good options.
If you overthink it, you're gonna sound like you're overthinking it.
Just say the first thing that pops in your head
(Well... the second thing. The first thing is probably "make love to me")
A rule of thumb to sounding natural over text is not to worry about acknowledging everything they said.
The important things and/ or the last thing is good enough
You should say "thanks! It's going to be fun!". And then say something about his military stuff.
For his military stuff should I say “good luck too” “you will do great” or should I say something else?
Say something like "you'll be awesome" and then ask him how long basic training is.
Ik this is gonna sound lame but should I write two messages, like one thanks it’s gonna be fun and for the other message like you will be awesome, and then the question?
Not lame. You ask good questions!
Yes. Two messages back to back.
